R6m Small-billet Continuous Casting Machine
ApplicationAs a regular model for the production of billets, R6m Small-billet Continuous Casting Machine can be subdivided into 3 categories: 2-machine and 2-flow, 3-machine and 3-flow as well as 4-machine and 4-flow, with production cross-section being 120×120、150×150mm2, Steel productions come out into straight carbon steel, low-alloy steel and improved carbon structural steel.
Structural featureslow equipment height, fast pulling speed, high production, minimized equipment maintenance and a capability of working together with electric arc furnace, rotary furnace and intermediate frequency furnace to produce quality billets with annual single-flow output being 10-15million tons.
